Vaalnest staff training for better service

There is a lot happening behind the scenes at a hotel like the four star graded Vaalnest Boutique Hotel at Vaal Marina, Vaal Dam in Gauteng.
For us, excellent service is not negotiable. We want to offer our guests hospitality that exceeds five star qualities. To reach this high standard our staff is trained regularly according to the best standard in the hospitality industry.
One of out biggest dreams is to upgrade our popular restaurant to one of the best fine dining restaurants in South Africa.
This can only be done if you have well trained chefs and waiters. To meet the needs in this highly competitive field our staff must know how to treat distinguished guests.
There are no cutting corners if you want to offer the best quality service in the hospitality industry and that is why we are prepared to invest in our team’s training … and future.
Six members of our staff are busy with training at the Service Sector Education and Training Authority (SSETA). (Because of the high unemployment level in our area we only employ local people.) As a hotel we assist in the training by hosting sessions also attended by trainees from other hotels.
We hope our guests will notice the difference in the professional service we offer!
