On the 24th of November 2015 Vaalnest attended the Wine Service Training graduation, many walked away with prestigious awards whilst others were honoured for their hard work and dedication.
Congratulation to all the Vaalnest staff that took part in this graduation ceremony, Vaalnest Management would like to take this time to acknowledge your hard work that was put in to make this experience worth the time and effort. The Wine Service Program was an aid to build more skills and knowledge in the Food and Beverage Industry, specifically to create more opportunities in the Wine sector where a need for more hands has always been in demand. The Wine Service Training Programme was initiated by the National Department of Tourism as an experimental hospitality training intervention targeting 270 unemployed youth in Gauteng and Western Cape. As part of the Expanded Public Works Programme the focus was on job creation and skilling of the selected beneficiaries. Vaalnest Would like to extended its gratitude and congratulate the following Staff Graduates: Lehlohonolo Maduna, Constance Tabane, Xolani Tshabalala, Lina Xaba, Lehlohonolo Mohlaodi, Lizzy Morajane and Evodia Ndaupane. The Wine Service Training Program will seek even improve the quality service delivery that Vaalnest holds dearly to even new heights, our effort in investing in our employees has helped shape our organisation structure into a conducive hospitality business that allows employees to expand their knowledge far beyond what they thought is not possible.
