Phase 2.

• Replacing the energy source of all geysers with a heat pump system, reducing electricity energy spend by 75%

• Using paint with zero Volatile Organic Compounds, Eco Friendly, for all refurbishments and future maintenance.

• Change all Lights and Kitchen electrical utensils, to receive electricity through solar energy
