Vaalnest Boutique Hotel takes a step to empower and educate its staff members
a short business presentation meant to uplift the Vaalnest Team
On the 3rd of November 2016, Steve Sutton from Business Doctors visited the Vaalnest Boutique Hotel premises in order to provide a strategic plan on how to improve the business. During the session we touched on the aspirations of the company, the values, core purpose and the visionary goal of the company.
At Vaalnest we aspire to change and uplift the surrounding communities and we uphold our values such as integrity, customer driven, honesty and respect. Our visionary goal is to provide our customers with a unique experience that they will never forget.
During the strategic plan session, we learnt that in order to grow your business you need to have a consistent plan, know your customers (target market) and have good marketing skills. The main purpose of the session was to improve the level work within the employees and the morale so that each individual knows his or her work responsibilities accordingly.
This session would certainly shape the operation of our Hotel because we now know our strengths, where we need to improve and how. We are certainly grateful to the Business Doctors and every staff member who has made it possible. We hope what we learned will grow the business to greater heights
